Our Initiatives
Empowering Youth Through Education and Digital Inclusion
At Infosys ANZ, our CSR initiatives focus on expanding access to education, building future ready skills and creating pathways to opportunity. Through Infosys Springboard and trusted community partnerships, we deliver programs that advance inclusion, employability and empowerment, bringing Infosys’ global ESG commitment to life at a local level.
Young Change Agents
Young Change Agents is a not for profit social enterprise that supports young people to move beyond theory and into action by developing real entrepreneurial skills and launching real ventures. Through hands on programs, students identify problems that matter to them, design solutions, and in many cases start and test their own businesses or social enterprises as part of their learning.
Infosys ANZ supports Young Change Agents because entrepreneurial capability is increasingly essential to young people’s futures. The program complements formal education by building practical skills that classrooms alone can’t always provide, such as initiative, financial thinking, resilience and decision making, helping students create pathways into further study, self employment or work, while contributing positively to their communities.
Play Like a Girl Australia
Empowers women and girls through leadership development, mentoring and confidence building programs designed to support success in education, work and community life. Infosys ANZ partners with Play Like a Girl to help participants build leadership capability, self belief and transferable skills that open pathways into further study, employment and leadership roles, advancing gender equity and inclusive participation in the future workforce.
Tennis & Infosys Future Leaders Program
Infosys ANZ partners with Tennis Australia, Tennis NSW and Tennis VIC to deliver the Future Leaders Program, supporting young people, particularly those from diverse and under represented backgrounds, to develop leadership capability, confidence and future ready skills. Through immersive learning experiences, exposure to technology and real world problem solving, participants build transferable skills that support pathways into further education, employment and community leadership, aligning with Infosys’ ESG focus on inclusion, education and long term societal impact.
The University of Technology, Sydney: The Galuwa Experience
Infosys ANZ partners with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) to support the Galuwa Experience, a program designed to inspire and enable First Nations students to explore pathways into higher education. Through immersive on campus experiences, workshops and engagement with university staff and students, participants gain practical insight into university life and future study and career opportunities.
The program is focused on building confidence, broadening aspirations and creating a strong sense of belonging, supporting students to see higher education as an achievable and meaningful pathway. By supporting the Galuwa Experience, Infosys contributes to increasing access to education and opportunity for First Nations communities, aligned with our commitment to inclusion, education and long-term societal impact.
