A social enterprise program that equips youth with entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills. Infosys ANZ collaborates to deliver innovation challenges and digital upskilling through Springboard, empowering students to become changemakers in their schools and communities.
Play Like a Girl
This initiative encourages girls to explore leadership and STEM pathways by combining sport, mentorship, and exposure to technology. Infosys ANZ supports confidence-building workshops and mentoring sessions that promote digital fluency and career readiness
Future Leaders Program
A three-day immersive experience featuring tech workshops at the Infosys Melbourne Living Lab and leadership development at the Australian Open.

Employee volunteering is a cornerstone of The Infosys Way of Life (IWOL), fostering meaningful engagement with communities across Australia and New Zealand. In ANZ, our teams actively support a range of not-for-profits and charities, including Ozanam House, where Infosys volunteers contribute fortnightly to support individuals experiencing homelessness. These partnerships help us build lasting relationships that strengthen the communities where we live and work.
