Empowering Millions With Digital and Life Skills
INCO - Driving young people’s engagement with tech careers
INCO's mission is to unlock young people's potential through skilling and entrepreneurship programmes that break the cycle of poverty and exclusion. Infosys has been a pivotal partner in this mission.
Together, a programme was launched aimed at job seekers in Germany and the Netherlands, particularly those interested in tech careers. By leveraging Infosys' Springboard platform, learners gain critical digital skills, enhancing their employability in an ever-changing job market. Our in-person employability workshops held in Infosys’ offices help to increase job readiness skills.
TechSheCan - Increasing STEM engagement among children
With a significant percentage of today's children expected to work in jobs that don't yet exist, it's crucial to prepare them with the tech skills they need. TechSheCan work to provide on-demand lessons and resources increasing digital literacy and allowing children to explore careers in technology.
Infosys has been a supporter of this mission. Together we have created teacher CPD resources, helping non-technologist teachers inspire their students about tech careers. Our co-hosted Careers Inspiration Workshop in London provided young people with hands-on tech experiences and interactions with inspiring role models.
Building Solutions that Build Back Resilience
London Youth – supporting young careers
London Youth is a charity dedicated to empowering and supporting youth organisations across London. Their mission is to provide young people with the opportunities and skills they need to succeed.
Since August 2024, Infosys has supported London Youth's employability initiatives, addressing high youth unemployment in London. Infosys' contributions have enabled the delivery of flagship employability programs, supported many young people, engaged youth professionals, and facilitated insight days for young people.
TEEF and Infosys collaborating to equip the next generation with tech skills
The Economist Educational Foundation (TEEF) was established in 2012 by staff at The Economist. The foundation teaches children to think critically, communicate effectively, and understand the news and the world around them.
Infosys has been a trusted, long-term partner of TEEF. Together, sustainability lessons were created that have reached a vast number of children worldwide. Infosys also helped amplify youth voices on The Sustainability Project website and supported teachers with a free online teacher-training course hosted on their Springboard platform.
Building Back Resilience Through Education
Street Child – Increasing visibility and empowering marginalised children
Street Child's mission is to break down the barriers that prevent children worldwide from being safe, in school, and learning. The organisation specialises in education, economic empowerment, and protection programming, offering integrated interventions that address these barriers.
From sponsoring Street Child’s flagship fundraising event, The Big Ride, to providing financial and technical support for the establishment of Digital Learning Centres in Eastern Ukraine, Infosys has been a long-term partner of Street Child’s mission.
The Digital Transformation program, leveraging Infosys Springboard, strengthens Ukraine’s education system by preserving cultural identity through Ukrainian Language and Geography courses for Grades 5–6, while equipping teachers with essential skills in Cybersecurity and Anti-Corruption via the All Ukrainian Online platform.
Uniting Forces to Support Shared Causes
Reading volunteers transforming children's lives – Chapter One
Chapter One’s mission is to transform children’s futures by providing one-to-one reading support during their early years in primary school. Through the Online Reading Volunteers Programme, schools are connected with corporate volunteers who spend 30 minutes each week reading online with the same child throughout the academic year.
Since September 2024, Infosys volunteers have completed over 80 hours of reading with their pupils. This one-to-one reading time provides crucial opportunities that classroom teachers cannot offer as frequently or intensively. Infosys volunteers have helped build reading fluency, comprehension skills, and most importantly, confidence in young readers.
CIO 2025
Infosys Europe proudly supported the CIO Charity Run & Bike 2025, raising over €70,000 for Start Foundation and Save the Children. Colleagues across Germany united in purpose, running nearly 400km and cycling over 1200km. This inspiring initiative showcased the power of community and determination, proving what we can achieve together when we move with purpose.

UNESCO
Infosys’ Inderpreet Sawhney spoke at a UNESCO event on AI and education, highlighting the company’s alignment with the UNESCO AI Competency Framework.
She emphasized Infosys’ global learning platforms: Lex, Wingspan, and Springboard - designed to upskill employees, clients, and marginalised communities
With a focus on responsible AI, Inderpreet also called for greater support for education in emergencies, urging global collaboration to bridge the digital divide and empower marginalised learners through technology.
