The Infosys Foundation has been made aware of forms of fraudulent correspondence/ potential scams claiming themselves to be associated with Infosys Foundation or with any of our office bearers. Please be advised that Infosys Foundation, foundation employees, grantees, or partner organizations do not:

  • Request administrative fees for awarding a grant.
  • Solicit donations in any way, manner, or form at any time from the public.
  • Use social media to get beneficiaries.
  • Host internet lotteries or offer prizes of any kind through email, postal mail, telephone, fax, or in person.
  • Request registration fees for conferences or summits.
  • Provide memberships or request fees for memberships.
  • Approach individuals in-person offering grant opportunities.
  • Offer investment opportunities.
  • Communicate via generic E-mail addresses such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc. All communications will always originate from a verifiable Infosys e-mail address (domain of ‘’) and not from any free web-based email accounts.

There may be numerous forms of scam/ fraudulent correspondence including, but not limited to: E-mail, Social media sites, postal mail, fax, and telephone, all claiming to be associated with Infosys Foundation. If you are the recipient of such correspondence and suspect the same, please reach out to the Foundation’s office at This alerts the Foundation regarding any potential scam/ fraudulent activity.

We also advise you to refrain from responding to any e-mail received from any unauthorized mail ids or from any person claiming to be an authorized representative of Foundation without verifying the veracity of the same.
