Volunteering & Community Impact
The mission of the Foundation is amplified by various in-person and virtual programs that leverage the professional insights of Infosys volunteers to support increased exposure of students to emerging technologies of the 21st century.
CSR Champions Leadership Program
The Foundation leads a nationwide leadership program across Infosys and its subsidiaries that designates volunteers as ‘CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Champions’. These named ambassadors conduct co-design community engagement opportunities and help the Foundation to recruit volunteers for various student-focused programs that advance computer science education, digital skilling and STEM learning.

Student App Judging
The Foundation curates’ opportunities for Infosys volunteers to share their expertise and professional feedback with students. Two specific initiatives serve as highlights, “The Congressional App Challenge” and the “Connecticut Lt. Governor’s Computing Challenge”. Infosys volunteers who serve as judges for the Congressional App Challenge are invited to join the students in person at Capitol Hill in Washington, DC where they will showcase their projects to a board of tech professionals. The Foundation’s commitment to the students of CT is highlighted through our support of the Lt. Governor’s Computing Challenge where volunteers work to judge student submissions, sharing with them how they can improve for the final recognition event hosted in CT.
